30-Day Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@ecepetusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
